Tim Schimick

Tim Schimick brings over 20 years of therapeutic bodywork experience to Red Beard Bodywork, having attended and taught at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City. Tim holds a Masters degree in Oriental Medicine from Midwest College and is a licensed massage therapist with additional training in Structural Integration, Craniosacral therapy, Zero Balancing, and the John F. Barnes’ method of Myofascial Release. As an Ironman Wisconsin finisher and lifelong athlete, Tim understands firsthand the importance bodywork plays in maintaining peak performance and has extensive experience treating and rehabilitating athletes of all levels.

Tim’s intuitive bodywork sessions are rooted in Esalen style massage and Structural Integration with an emphasis on restoration and relieving chronic pain and discomfort. Each session is tailored to the individual, combining intuition and experience, incorporating various modalities to help relieve stress and other patterns that hinder the body’s ability to heal itself. Tim enjoys working with a vast population of all ages and vocations; from professional athletes to office workers, students to seniors.
